Nesters (facilitators)
If you are a host, educator, or service-provider, your listing is often your first contact with Nesties you hope to welcome. The most important thing is you are clear, honest, and inviting.
Start with the heart of the offering. What will participants feel, learn, or contribute? Do you run a farm stay, a healing retreat, a skills workshop, a volunteering programme, or something else? Tell your audience what you can bring to the table in terms of experience and potential transformation.
NestAway categorises experiences across stays, retreats, educational opportunities, events, visits, volunteering, fitness and well-being, and more. Picking the category that best fits your work will help the potential participants (Nesties) to find you.
Use plain language. Describe who the offering is for, what a typical day looks like, what is included, and what participants should bring. Answer the questions that are most likely to be asked by participants.
Photos build trust. Share images of the setting, the activity, accommodation (if relevant), and the human warmth of your space. If the photos aren't artistically perfect, don't worry – natural light and authenticity are what really matters.
Where relevant, include things like: location, access, duration, group size, dietary information, and cancellation policy. Transparency reduces friction for everyone.
It's better to start with dates and capacity you can comfortably deliver than to overpromise. Your calendar should reflect the energy and care you want to offer every guest or participant.
Think through confirmation messages, arrival instructions, and any pre-arrival guidance. A thoughtful welcome often shapes the entire journey.
Registration is always free on NestAway. Because we want as many Nesters as possible to join our rapidly growing worldwide community.
5% of NestAway's annual net profits will be donated to organisations that support environmental sustainability, animal welfare, and conscious-living initiatives. The more we grow, the more we can help and support others.
